Align
1:1 coaching for when something in your life is changing, or you know something needs to.
You know something needs to change. The hard part is figuring out what to do with that feeling.
You may be thinking about moving, changing careers, taking better care of yourself, or simply looking at your life and thinking:
“I can’t keep doing things exactly like this.”
You probably have ideas.
The problem is that real life is messier than knowing what you “should” do.
A change has to fit your work, your energy, your relationships, your finances, your routines — and the person you actually are.
That’s the kind of thing we work on in Align.
We look at what you want to change, what’s getting in the way, and what would actually be realistic for you.
I use your birth chart when it gives us useful information about how you tend to approach things like change, motivation, pressure or competing priorities.
And if place is part of the question, we can bring in astrocartography too.
Then we use coaching to turn what we understand into something you can actually try, adjust and build into your life.
You can understand yourself really well and still have no idea what to do next.
You may already know what needs to change.
Or at least have a pretty good idea.
The difficult part is often figuring out how to make that change work in your actual life — with your routines, responsibilities, energy, habits and all the things that tend to get in the way.
That’s where coaching comes in.
In Align, coaching is the foundation of our work. We look at what you want to change, what has or hasn’t worked before, and what would be realistic enough to actually try.
Your birth chart gives us more information to work with.
It can help me understand how you tend to approach things like change, motivation, pressure, structure and competing priorities — so we don’t have to assume the same strategy will work for everyone.
And when place is part of what you’re figuring out, I can bring in astrocartography too.
The astrology helps us understand you better. Then we use that information to decide what you want to try in real life.
What Align looks like in practice
Align is six months of private coaching, with 12 sessions together.
We meet twice a month, so there’s time between sessions to actually try things in your life and come back with something real to work from.
Depending on what you need, we may work on:
a decision or change you’ve been stuck on;
career, relocation or lifestyle changes;
routines, habits and taking better care of yourself;
feeling pulled in too many directions;
turning something you already know you want into steps you can actually follow through on.
I bring your natal chart into the process when it gives us useful information about what may work better for you.
And if place is part of the question, we can use astrocartography too.
The sessions themselves are coaching sessions.

why I work this way ·
why I work this way ·
I’m trained as an Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and certified in AstroCartoGraphy through Continuum, continuing Jim Lewis’ legacy and professional certification standards.
Health coaching came first for me. I’ve always been fascinated by the everyday side of wellbeing — the habits, routines and choices that can make life work better.
Astrology came later and gave me another layer of information about the person behind those choices.
Over time, I realised I didn’t want to choose between the two.
Coaching gives us a practical way to make changes. Astrology helps me make that coaching more personal to you.
What we might actually work on together
There isn’t a fixed curriculum for Align.
What we focus on depends on what’s happening in your life and what you want to change.
That might look like:
finally making progress on a decision you’ve been going back and forth on;
creating routines that still work when life gets busy;
getting more consistent with sleep, movement, meals or taking care of yourself;
figuring out what keeps derailing a plan and trying a different approach;
breaking a career, relocation or lifestyle change into manageable next steps;
making more room for what matters when everything feels equally urgent;
changing a goal when you realise it doesn’t actually fit your life anymore.
Sometimes we’ll use your chart to understand why a particular approach seems to work better for you.
Sometimes we won’t need astrology at all.
The point is to have more than one way of looking at what’s going on — and enough time to find out what actually works in your life.
“With her sensitivity and objectivity, Ale guided me to discover my middle path. This integration led to incredible transformations in my life — I felt supported, motivated, and held with deep presence every step of the way.”
Six months gives us time to work with real life.
You’ll leave some sessions with something you want to try.
Then life happens. Work gets busy, your energy changes, the plan doesn’t fit quite as well as you expected, or you realise there was something you hadn’t considered.
That gives us something useful to work with.
Instead of deciding that you “failed” and starting over again, we can look at what happened and adjust the plan until it makes more sense for your actual life.
Over time, that might mean finally moving forward with a decision you’ve been sitting on for months.
Or finding a way to take care of yourself that you can actually maintain, even during a busy week.
A big change might start feeling less overwhelming because we’ve broken it down and you know what comes next.
And sometimes you’ll realise that what you thought you needed at the beginning isn’t quite what you need anymore.
That’s why I like working over six months: we have time to try things, learn from what happens and keep adjusting as your life changes.
“I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of how different places affect me. Ale helped me trust my intuition and connect more consciously to the spaces I move through — and that clarity has expanded into every area of my life.”
A few things to know before you apply
Astrology is part of the process, but coaching is the main space
I may bring your birth chart or astrocartography into our sessions when they help us understand something more clearly.
We won’t spend every session analysing astrology. Most of our time is about what you’re living, what you want to change and what you want to try next.
You don’t need to have everything figured out
You can come with a clear goal, a decision you’re weighing, or simply the sense that something in your life needs to change.
We’ll figure out the specifics together. What matters more is that you’re willing to take an active part in the process, try things between sessions and be honest about what is and isn’t working.
The application is there to make sure we’re a good fit
I work closely with my coachees, so I want us both to feel comfortable working together.
Your application helps me understand what’s going on, what you’re hoping to work on and whether coaching feels like the right kind of support for where you are right now.
If it looks like a good fit, we’ll meet for a free discovery call, get to know each other a little and see if we vibe before making any decisions.
Want to see what the next six months could look like for you?
You may already know exactly what you want to change, or you may just know that something isn’t working the way you want it to anymore.
Either is enough to start a conversation.
If your application feels like a good fit, we’ll meet for a free discovery call. You can tell me more about what’s going on, ask me anything you want to know about Align, and we’ll see whether working together makes sense for both of us.
